Well we thought we would send out one last little message with some information and details. We all look forward to seeing everyone and hope that everyone travels safely.

We have the campground from June 25th-28th with a departure time of 12pm (noon). If you stay past the designated departure time you will be assessed an additional day’s fee. Please keep in mind you will pay for your own camping fees. It is $15 per night (tent camping) and $20 per night (camper with electrical hookup).

Activity suggestions and ideas:
Smith’s Trout Haven: They do have fishing. They have 2 trout ponds. They do have one pond for the kids and one for the grown-up kids. No license is required. They can provide the poles, nets and bait for a minimal fee. You only pay for the fish you catch. The small fish are 45 cents per inch and the larger ones are $4.50 per pound.
Lava Hot Springs: I have visited the website and was able to come up with the prices and lists below. Please know that prices are subject to change. Please feel free to contact them directly or view their website as well.

Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the campground for any reason or length of time. It is required that you keep pets on leashes at all times. You must clean up after your pets so that the campground is left clean for others.

Itinerary: Being as it has been a while since we have all gotten together and well we are definitely growing in size we have decided to go the route of only providing 3 meals total as a group to help keep costs down. We have 1 dinner planned for the whole group and 2 breakfasts. Please be prepared to provide the other meals for your family. We will also be asking for a small contribution to help cover costs of the small deposit for the campground as well as the meals. We have also gone the route of a lot of free time when it comes to this family and have decided to only have a few activities planned in the evening. Thank you all who have helped to plan this.
